Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of the Ainek website at ainek.co and related pages (including Product, Security, Company, and Early access), and any early access request you submit through the Site (together, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

The Site is operated under the name Ainek. We are building GPU capacity infrastructure for shared clusters. Contact: ingress@ainek.co.

If a separate design-partner or product agreement is signed later, that agreement controls for the software relationship. These terms cover the Site and early access process only.

What the Site is

The Site describes a product in private preview and lets qualified teams request early access. Content on the Site is informational. It is not an offer of general availability, pricing, SLAs, uptime commitments, or production support unless we agree to those in a separate written agreement.

Early access

Submitting an early access request is voluntary. It does not create a customer relationship, grant a license, or entitle you to software, support, or a response. We may accept, decline, delay, or ignore requests at our discretion. If we engage you as a design partner, additional terms will apply.

You agree that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have authority to share company and fleet details you include.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Scrape or harvest the Site at scale
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload the Site
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive information
• Use the Site in violation of applicable law
• Attempt to access non-public systems or other users' data through the Site

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, diagrams, and materials are owned by Ainek or our licensors. You may view them to evaluate Ainek. You may not copy, republish, or reuse them commercially without our written permission, except for ordinary browser caching or fair use where applicable.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites or tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Product descriptions may change as we build.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ainek and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from use of the Site or the early access process. Our total liability for claims relating to the Site is limited to USD 100.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
