This notice explains what personal information Ainek collects when you use our website (ainek.co) and when you submit an early access request, and how we use that information.

This notice covers the marketing Site and early access process. It does not cover a future production product environment unless we publish a separate notice for that product.

Who we are

Ainek (“we”, “us”) operates this Site while building GPU capacity infrastructure for shared clusters. Contact: ingress@ainek.co.

Information we collect

We may collect:

• Early access form data — name, work email, company, role, stack (for example Kubernetes or Slurm), approximate GPU fleet size, and any note you choose to submit about your capacity problem.
• Email correspondence — if you write to us at ingress@ainek.co or another address we publish.
• Technical / log data — such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, and pages visited. This may be collected automatically by our hosting provider (for example Vercel) as part of operating the Site.

We do not ask for passwords, cloud credentials, model weights, or dataset contents through the early access form. Please do not submit secrets or personal data about other people.

How we use information

• To review early access and design-partner fit
• To reply to you about your request
• To operate, secure, debug, and improve the Site
• To maintain ordinary business records
• To comply with law if required

We process early access submissions because you choose to send them (so we can evaluate and respond), and we process technical logs as needed to run and secure the Site.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use early access submissions to build unrelated advertising lists.

Cookies and analytics

The Site may use essential cookies or similar technologies required for hosting and basic operation. We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers on this Site. If we add product analytics later, we will update this notice.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us run the Site and receive form submissions. Depending on configuration, that may include:

• Website hosting (for example Vercel)
• Form or email delivery (for example Formspree or Resend), so your request can reach us

These providers process data to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the Site and our rights.

Retention

We keep early access and contact information only as long as needed to evaluate requests, communicate with you, and maintain ordinary business records, unless a longer period is required by law. Technical logs are kept according to our hosting provider's defaults and our operational needs.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can email us to ask what Site-related information we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion where applicable. Contact ingress@ainek.co. You can also choose not to submit the early access form.

International visitors

If you use the Site or contact us from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where we or our providers operate.

Children

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this notice by posting a revised version on this page. The “Last updated” date shows the current version.
